Jane Earl

Ms Earl is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director (‘NED’) and senior leader, committed to making a difference and achieving results for customers. Ms Earl has experience in an AIM-listed house builder and housing association, as well as arts, youth and education bodies. Ms Earl has strong senior management experience in local and central government, and arts and social enterprises. Ms Earl has excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a good track record in delivering change and establishing new projects. Ms Earl is currently the Non-Executive Chair of Thirteen Group, a Housing Association based in the north east of England, she is also the non-executive chair of Surrey Choices, a local authority trading company providing services to people with learning disabilities.

 

Debra Yudolph

Ms Yudolph is an experienced senior residential and mixed-use asset management specialist with exceptional knowledge of development, strategic management of residential led assets and executive operational activities. Ms Yudolph is the founding partner at SAY Property Consulting LLP (‘SAY’) which provides advice relating to strategic, long term operational management advice. SAY works on large mixed-use regeneration schemes as well as smaller developments across all tenures including the Build to Rent/private rented sector, Later Living, affordable and for-sale. SAY also supports their clients with business planning, mentoring and critical business reviews. Ms Yudolph is currently a non-executive director at Grove End Housing Limited and Deverell Smith Recruitment.

Trevor Moross

Mr Moross has been involved in the residential property market for almost 50 years. For much of that time he was joint Managing Director of Dorrington – a large private property investment company. Mr Moross has continued his association with Dorrington as a non-executive director of its parent company, Hanover Acceptances Limited. He is currently a board member and Chairman of the Property Committee of Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing and before that was the Senior Independent Director of London and Quadrant Housing Trust.

A large focus of Mr Moross’ career has concerned the promotion of good practice in the private rented sector, and he is a former president of the British Property Federation. Mr Moross is a Fellow of The RICS, has served on the board of The Leasehold Advisory Service and on the Advisory Board of Zoopla. In 2019, Mr Moross was a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Committee Inquiry ‘Rental Housing for an Ageing Population’. He has also been a Governor of The Dolphin Square Foundation, a Westminster housing charity and also served as a non-executive director of several housing associations.

Outside of property Mr Moross has held a wide range of voluntary roles. He has been Chair of The Academy of St Martin in the Fields, the renowned orchestra and currently serves on its International Advisory Board, and of Salusbury World a charity supporting refugee children. Mr Moross is currently a Trustee of the English Touring Opera and Co-Chair of its Development Board.

Nina Reid

Head of Sustainability, Private Markets; Head of Sustainable Investing Frameworks

Ms Reid was appointed M&G Investment’s Head of Sustainability, Private Markets in April 2022, and Head of Sustainable Investment Frameworks in October 2023.

Ms Reid was previously Global Head of Sustainability for M&G Real Estate, and Co-Head of the Climate team, responsible for net zero, TCFD and decarbonisation across M&G. Prior to joining M&G in 2011, Ms Reid was in the Sustainability Consulting team at JLL. She began her career as a researcher in the environmental economics department at the University of East Anglia. She has a Natural Sciences degree from the University of Cambridge.

Alex Greaves

Alex is a member of M&G Real Estate’s Executive Committee and Head of Living. Alex joined M&G Real Estate in 2013 to establish and build the residential capability. Prior to joining M&G Real Estate, Alex spent seven years at Grainger with responsibility for the Schroders ResPut Fund and the Grainger Geninvest JV with Genesis housing. He also set up Grainger’s Ramp platform and managed its partnership with Lloyds Banking Group for distressed borrowers. Furthermore, prior to this Alex had oversight of a student accommodation portfolio whilst working for Bradford and Bingley Building Society.

Alex is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and the Chair of the British Property Federation Residential Committee. Alex is a member of the board of St Edwards homes, a joint venture between Prudential and Berkeley Homes, and a member of the board for Greencore Homes, a carbon negative housebuilder.

Sarah Smith

Sarah has worked with and in the housing association sector since 1988. Before joining M&G Affordable Living Fund’s Registered Provider Board, Sarah spent sixteen years as the Chief Financial Officer at Southern Housing. Prior to this, Sarah spent eight years as Director of Financial Services at London & Quadrant Housing Trust. She began her career as an external auditor with BDO. Having progressed to a managerial position she moved to KPMG in 1998 to provide audit, mergers &  acquisitions, and financial planning services principally to the housing association sector.

Sarah is a member of the National Housing Federation’s Finance & Policy Advisory Group and sits on the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) social housing sub-committee. She is a Trustee of Dolphin Square Charitable Foundation and a member of its Audit Committee. She is a Board member and Chair of the Audit Committee at sustainable development organisation Reall. She has previously chaired the G15 Finance Directors’ Group and was Vice Chair of the NHF’s SORP Working Party until 2021.

Chris leads M&G Affordable Living and is responsible for ensuring that our organisation delivers safe, high‑quality, and well‑managed homes for our residents. He has overseen the organisation since its launch in 2021 and is strongly committed to the role responsible investment can play in supporting people and communities across the UK.

With over 18 years of experience developing and managing real estate across commercial and residential sectors, Chris brings deep knowledge of how to create long‑term, sustainable housing.

Chris holds an MSc in Property Development from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Investment Property Forum (IPF), and sits on the British Property Federation’s Affordable Housing Committee.
